NOTICE that you with you bid must deliver a detailed description of how you will solve the task and which software it includes, and why this solution will work (preferably with a link, that supports this claim). Today we have one active PBX server, which receives around 500-1000 calls per day through 200 DIDs. As we within the next few months expect to upscale our business, so we daily will receive up to 5000 calls, then we want a more stable setup. We want to have our servers distributed on two locations, which are Germany and France, the servers both have a public IP. When both servers are active, then the idea is that they must divide the calls between them, so that we avoid overloading the servers, if one goes down, then the other must take over 100% automatically until the server which what down is back up, whereafter they atutomatically must to back to distributing the calls between them. The task is including all of the work such as installation of servers, purchase of necessary licenses, transferring data from current servers and testing the setup. The bid price MUST be including EVERY expence including the prices of the required licenses.

Load balancing:\r\n\r\n* Iax method\r\n* OpenSIPS method\r\n\r\nWhich method suits for you will be know after testing.\r\n\r\nThese methods need third server what will be doing load balancing only. One possible version could be to use digitalocean asterisk cloud solution. They have special asterisk solution.\r\n\r\nAsterisk servers setup\r\n\r\n* OS ubuntu with live kernel patching. Good to keep uptime. Also OS level hardening for security\r\n* Asterisk confs via conf files. To you need also GUI?\r\n\r\nMigration\r\n\r\nIF you have also current asterisk then via conf files. Can you clarify what software is in use?\r\nI can also implement monitoring system base on sensu or nagios\r\n\r\n\r\nLets discuss more\r\n\r\ngreetings,\r\nTaavi

currently setting up similar environment for a call center in Denmark. I would suggest you to think of using load balancers for your freepbx servers. it will not only loadbalance the inbound calls you receive between two (or more) servers but will also detect if one of the servers is down and stop sending calls to that server. the setup will perfectly work for your servers with public IPs. I would have suggested using freepbx high availability module with your servers but that will not work on public IPs. you could message for more details if interested

This is a relatively simple job. We would setup a MySQL cluster (1 master + 1 slave), 3 Asterisk servers, 1 OpenSer (Kamailio), with an additional server containing web server and A2Billing. Relevant Skills and Experience We own and manage our own VoIP business for the last 9 years, using similar architecture as the one you described. We have developed and deployed over a hundred clusters so far.
