Web Site Monitor To Regularly Check Uptime & Functionality

Hi, I require a simple desktop program which will have the option to open when windows starts up and which will ping my web sites at predefined intervals to ensure that they are up and running. Ideally program should be able to grab my domain names from my WebHostManager accounts and add them to the program and have the capacity to have other domain names/URLS pasted in manually. It should then be able to ping/test the web sites at predefined internals....maybe the choices could be every 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours etc. If any web site should be down then an alert should be sent to at least two predefined email address and also give out an audible alert on the computer. Program should be able monitor several hundreds of web sites - say up to 500.
