Develop An Algorithmic Trading System With API in VBA for Excel

He has done signifigant work but has not completed the job yet. There is exsisting code which needs to be cleaned up. He designed a UI which I want to alter. The excel application works with the online trading platform "Sterling Trader Pro". You can find more information about Sterling online. You will need to download and log onto Sterling to develop. The spreadsheet in which the price quotes come into needs to be slightly altered. And I would like to redesign the UI. I am in the New York area and I need to find an English speaking programmer, preferably in my area. Knowledge of equities trading is a real plus and will make it more likely I will select you.
