Micro Lending Wordpress Site

Hi, I am looking for someone to build a wordpress site for me. I do have various sites that i require doing. At first i will provide the details to my first job in a word document. This is a Micro Lending Site which will need a login database for the client designed in wordpress. I will need a header graphic made up as well as logo. please read document for details.
