Virtual Assistant - Marketing and Research We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to work directly to support the CEO of an emerging tech corporation and indirectly to support our management team. The Virtual Assistant position works independently to perform a wide variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a highly self-motivated professional, detail oriented, experienced at problem solving and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities: · Researching; drafting letters, emails and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating communications. · Manage, record, and distribute minutes and deliverable produced in meetings. · Oversee and manage calendars and schedule meetings, appointments and make travel arrangements.
