At capital one ,My role was to help customers with their online access while at the same time helping them in their statements,I worked at Greatvirtualworks, the makers of OMEGA XL as Validation analyst and Quality analyst, during peak times and system downtimes, we were required to verify almost 200 accounts of customers calling to cancel the product so Im very familiar with dealing with same-day issues ,i was assigned specially due to my dedication, to handle front line agent tickets to help them access to their softphones, verify issues with customer’s accounts:.
