Please note - this is not a virtual position - please bid only if you're physically in Noida or are able to travel there (from NCR). I will provide you with all the resume's (around 8-10) and your bid should be per candidate contacted & person meeting with that candidate, and your final assessment. You don't need to be a professional recruiter/headhunter, but have the basic knowhow and inclination to complete such a task. I am looking to hire for a specific technical skillset (a program/platform something like drupal/wordpress but more specific) which will be used in my startup. There is a company in Noida and it seems quite of few of their employees are looking for Jobs - but I would prefer someone in Noida take up this task of contacting them, meeting them, giving them a brief about my startup (which is in Ahm'bad and is well funded) and assessing if they would be able to join, so I can fly down 1-2 shortlisted candidates.
