Our company is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to work with our Executive Team. This individual needs to have excellent verbal and writing skills, and be comfortable and effective while talking to, or communicating with, Executives and Administrative Assistants of other companies. A great phone voice with very little or no accent is essential for this position. This job will involve about 5 - 10 hours per week initially, and if the candidate is successful, the hours could increase in the future. There will typically be 2 conference calls per week with the Executive Team to discuss tasks and receive feedback. Candidates must be available 8:00 am to 5:00 pm US Eastern Standard Time. I am very interested in coming on board as your company's Executive Assistant and enclose herewith supporting information for my proposal. I have a wealth of experience in administration as well as significant experience in working with and for C-Suite executives (Chairmen, CEOs, CFOs etc.). I have worked with these executives remotely, office-based and whilst traveling, assisting with tasks such as travel logistics, scheduling & calendar management, arranging meetings & conference calls, client liaison & communications and providing general support as required. My experience is international, having worked with clients and colleagues across EMEA and the Americas. I am therefore very much accustomed to working with/communicating with people from different organizations, backgrounds and levels of seniority (face-to-face and via phone and email), and I am always prompt and professional when doing so. I am from the UK and hence have a strong British accent, which I am told, particularly by US clients, that I have a nice voice/good telephone voice.
