Hi! May I ask a few questions? What do you need the 3D model for? Is it for 3D printing it and then casting a silicon or glass fiber mold? Or are you gonna CNC cut it? Usually this kind of designs should be modeled in a very precise way to ensure everything comes as expected when casting your final parts. To achieve this, I would model it using SolidWorks or Rhinoceros and export it with the tolerance needed for the process you are going to use, either CNC milling or 3D print.
