The best approach would be to have a stationary camera filming the doctor, who would be looking at me just off camera, and having a conversation with me, including such topics as what his/her area of expertise is, why he/she chose medicine as a career, what he/she can do for his/her patients, etc. I'll use segments of that footage as appropriate, and I'll shoot plenty of B-roll, footage of the facility (interior and exterior) and the personnel in action. Model releases will be necessary from everyone who appears on camera, and I'll have blank ones with me.
I'm a former surgical nurse in the U.S. Air Force (1979-84), so I have a unique understanding of the medical profession and medical terminology. This gives me some common ground with the physicians, which is important when filming such a conversation.
I have the lights, camera, camera dolly, microphones, and all the ancillary equipment necessary to give you a professional-quality video with crystal-clear audio.
I'm located in Orlando.
