PBR textures for lowpoly 3d model

We need photo-realistic PBR textures (base, roughness, metal, normal, specular) produced for our EXISTING lowpoly 3d model of an airliner passenger cabin. We'll provide: - 100% done 3ds max 2017 model. - 100% done UV maps (3x8K) Your deliverables: - 3ds max 2017 PBR textured model. - 3 Photoshop source files (layered PSD) for each UV map. We'll provide a sample layers' structure. Plan: 1. Free test: Complete PBR texture for ONE passenger seat. Just to make sure that you can do the job. 2. If the work quality and the time taken is acceptable, we'll award the project with the following 2 milestones: - Base textures (incl GI and LM) - 50% of your bid. - PBR (roughness, metal, normal, specular) textures - 50% of your bid. The free test and all completed milestones deliverables must be uploaded by You to sketchfab and approved by us before starting a next milestone. Initial PBR materials setup must be done with the game's PBR plugin (just a few clicks). The rest is standard for 3dsmax PBR.
