Design and model press forge dies for tie rod ends

We are a forge die sinking shop in Port Colborne, Ontario, Canada. We are in need of someone to design and model press forge dies for us. At this time there are 4 tie rod ends that we need to have designed. We would supply models of finished parts, prints of die blocks, prints of billet size and prints of overall die block size. The dies will require a finisher, blocker, buster and bender station. The billet size and finisher are provided and the designer is required to calculate the blocker, buster and bender dimensions using press forging design practices. We will be manufacturing the dies here in house but cannot do the design. We design for drop hammer dies but do not have any experience with press forging. Attached is a picture of a similar job and prints of 1 part and 1 billet.
