LED (MR16) Reflector designs. The product is an LED spot reflector & we need to manufacture a MR in aluminum sheet metal which provides identical beam & throw of 25, 45 & 60 degree. Should be equivalent to an MR16 12V50W halogen beam for 25, 45 & 60 degree Job Expectations: 1. Solid models and prints for each reflector design- (Must be in ANSI 14Y-2009 standard and include material and other surface call-outs which are industry standard) 2. Supply irradiance/illumination maps, candela plots, flux trace, ies files and any and all other documentation for design verification of each degree of the same physical dimension. Product dimensions 1. Available dimensions- outer diameter should not exceed 27mm, depth should not exceed 19mm. LED 12.5*12.5*1.7 mm (l*b*h), LES 6 & 8 mm diameter, the led cavity will have be provisioned as one unit at the base of the reflector. To summaries the job involves 3 reflectors designs (25, 45, 60 degrees) in aluminum sheet metal for an LED source, with all relevant documentation.
