I am based in Sydney Australia. I started a three dimensional printing business three years ago working on an in house project where we needed to design specific types of printers to extrude flexible materials. Our main project is currently going through a bit of down time and as such I thought I may be able to offer skills developed over the last three years on other projects. I design with openscad which is a mathematical based CAD programme. This programme allows you to assign multiple variables and when written correctly it allow for quick and easy changes in parameters. We print in house so are able to offer quick reiteration and modification of the design and part. The heat tolerance may be an issue, as most printers we either print with ABS or PLA we may be able to offer a TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) which the supplies claim can operate at 120 C but this is a flexible compound and printing resolution is not that detailed. What I could offer is the initial prints can be designed on openscad and printed in PLA (this will allow a quick and cheaper option to design and print the part in order to get it right from a design perspective). Once design is approved I can then provide an STL file which can be emailed to a larger 3 D printing business, which have many more printing material options, where the final prototype could be produced in required material.
