Create A Cartoon Animation Video 10 minutes in length

I am looking for a professional animation company to design/create an animation type cartoon video. The video probably is around 8 to 10 minutes in length. I have attached two file with this project. 1. The script (colour coded) 2. Zip file (four voice overs) This video is about two beauty therapists that set up their own business. One sets up as a franchise the other on their own. One is successful and the other is not. We have four voice over’s (people) in the video. Three Voice over need to be done for this video. The other voice over of the manager we will use in the zip file. The other three need to be done by a voiceover person. So the project needs to be sketched and outlined so we can approve before doing the final version. The voice over’s of Sara and June will need to be female and Narrator part will be male. The project needs to be started asap. Thank you
