Animated Short Film (2 minutes)

I need a beginner animator to fully animate a short film. I have a script written, and tried to animate myself, unfortunately I am not so good. My short film will not be longer then 2 minutes (unless your animation is beautiful, then I would love it to drag on with focus on your beautiful work). I would like it to be 3D animation, and have a 'Frozen' and 'Tangled' look, though I'm not too picky. It is titled "Hackers" and is about a freelancer who saves a bank from being hacked. This is my first film I want animated, and any other films I've made have been filmed, (and that is only a few) I am not too picky, I do not mind if you have almost no experience, as long as you can guarantee me a decent animation. Because I'm a beginner myself, I do not have a wide budget, hence the low project budget, (thus why I need a beginner). Successful animator will be paid $20-40. More for fun, then funds I suppose. I hope to get started soon!
