Dynamic Website with CMS

I need a dynamic website with a custom CMS to add and update text and images, etc. Although I would prefer a custom CMS, I might be open to the idea of using WordPress if you can create the site template from scratch and not a pre-made template. The site will mostly contain tourism related articles and images, but it will also have link to my travel search provider through a hotel search box, for which I will provide you the html code. In short, I would need you to provide the following: 1. A website with 6-8 pages (index page, about page, article pages, rss newsfeed page, RFQ form, contact form) 2. HTML based header and sub-header with text links. 3. HTML based footer with text links. 4. A simple CMS that allows me to add/edit/remove site content. 5. Placement of my travel booking search box, and various banner widgets (complete code will be provided by me) 6. Placement of various adsense banner ads throughout the 4 page templates. 7. Web to email 'Request for Quotation' form. 8. Web to email 'contact' form. 9. slider banner on the home page.
