I have 2 windows servers running plesk licence keys that should never expire.
When I login to Plesk it says licence key has expired.
I need this fixed asap without down time, Windows 2000 server with Plesk 7.5.6
there are 2 windows servers. I have remote desktop access. and plesk logins.
I can not login into Plesk because it says licence key has expired. I contacted Plesk, they gave the below answer:

As we understand you are unable upload the updated Plesk 7.5 key on your Plesk 7.5 control panel.
In case you are unable to install or update Plesk 7.5.6 license key, please do the following.
Open Regedit, navigate to HKLM\Software\Plesk\PSA config\Key Backups. Right click Key Backups node and select Export. Save the branch somewhere to have a backup. Then remove all contents of Key backups by selecting all entries in the right pane of Regedit and selecting Delete in right-click menu.
Next, open command prompt (start->run-> type cmd)
There run commands:
Cd %plesk_dir%
Cd mysql\bin
Mysql P8306 uadmin p[Plesk admin password]
Mysql prompt opens. There type command:
delete from key_history;
Then upload the new key manually and restart all Plesk services.

Seems to be an issue with Plesk as this happened to both servers last month, both servers are located in different locations....
attached are the Plesk keys:
Both servers are live so I need no or minimum down time.
servers are in Australia time, so any downtime should be during 11pm to 7am aus time
I can try to help you, don't see any problem with the instruction from the support. but really not doing this earlier on the window server with the plesk, only on the linux server.
