System administrator needed for merge replication in Sql Server 2005 and Windows Server 2003 configuration.

We need a very experienced sql server 2005 and windows server 2003 administrator. Especially, must be proficient in implementing merge replication with sql server 2005 and must have previous experience with it. The solution needed will be between 1 server in London (publisher running Sql server 2005 standard edition). and another server in America running sql server express(subscriber). The solution must leave the databases absolutely error free and must be well implemented in order to allow us to add new subscribers whenever needed. Also some setup of the server in order to improve security and some server scripts to automate some backup and other tasks will be needed. So a well round knowledge in Server administration will be a plus. Must be available to work especially on weekends, or late afternoon GMT time during the week. We are willing to pay more for the right candidate. This is a one off job but if we are happy with the way you work and you gain our trust we will have quite a lot more assignments in the future.
