Hi there; this should be a straight forward operation. Your requirement is listed as "removal of load-bearing wall". This would imply one straight wall, and one RSJ replacement beam. Our design work will cover the loading analysis for the wall, design of RSJ and its bearings (padstones). It is assumed this is a 2-storey building. If it is 3-4 storeys or higher, then this RSJ may become a box frame. What I will need from you is the scaled floor plan of your building, showing the wall in question, as well as full extent of rooms that abut to it. I will also need the floor plans of every floor above this wall.
