Debug and Fix an SQLite Issue on a Vue.js online Quiz -- 2

We had an online football quiz developed webpack in vuejs and connects to a non dependent SQLite database. We had to do it this way as the client admin that the quiz will eventually go on did not allow us to create a server mysql database. The quiz is almost complete apart from a few small css issues and one big issue that the game does not save the results in the table. As soon as you disconnect and run the game again, the leader board where it saves information from all previous players and scores disappears. It seems to be an SQLite issue with the code. The programmer that did the game was not a SQLite expert (as we did not intend to use it initially so not his fault) hence the problem we think. I have already had time wasters saying they can fix this and have not been able to so please only bid for this if you really know SQLite inside out. to prove you read this bit, please put in your message to me, "I am a rel expert in SQLlite" so i know you read this and not just automated response. All automated responses that do not include that line will be deleted. This has to be fixed by this time tomorrow so only bid if you are able to work on it right now. We placed the quiz on this temporary home so you can see the issue and try and fix it on this site first before we send it to client. [login to view URL] Explanation of the problem: If you go through the game, at the end put your name and select a team. then, when you move between the Team and User tabs, you should see the results in there. But, if you then hit F5 or load another browser and load the game, you will see that the leaderboard has been wiped and your name is no longer there.
