I wanted to having a database designed for my driving school. We are a UK based school and are currently recording data on paper. We would like to have an electronic log for our clients and would like to have a database designed for access by my office staff. We need one database for all our clients recording their personal details. We need one for all instructors who work for the company. Both need to link so when we add a new client/learner we should be able to tie it to the instructor. When searching if we put in the instructors name we should be able to see all his clients and if we search a client we should be able to see who their instructor is. We want to be able to do marketing research so when recording the learners details we will ask how they fund us. So we would need to record this info and be able to generate reports at end of month to where our leads have come from. Each client will also be put in a regional area when data is recorded for example E/L = east London N/L = north London. Again at the end of the month we want to be able to generate reports to see how many clients have joined from which region. Finally would it be possible to set things up to generate reports to see how many clients have been given to a particular instructor on a particular month? And also how many clients have joined daily in each region?
