Our Support Ticket powered by OstTicket system which has been changed a bit has some bugs in it and as well we would like some small programming to be done that when a client tried to send us email to our support team, this email should in fact immediately open a support ticket instead of goint to the inbox of an email. Also client should receive an autoresponder message saying that we received their support request and that we are replying within some hours. We have two different Osticket support systems for 2 different web sites and need as well some adding and changing to be done.

You haven't mentioned the osTicket version. 1.6 was last stable released about two years ago and 1.7 is still in beta(RC now) but very different and buggy, so wondering which one you need help with.
