We need software to do the following - - any android or iPhone device if plugged in that it pulls details like IMIE, make, model, battery percentage and etc into excel report once plugged in. - Customisable fields to enter data and set category fields - Online base software that accessible anywhere - Download reports anytime - 2 set formats of reporting for the tester to enter details - Once entered on report to generate a barcoded and QR label to put on the phone that set up to print - CRM database for the reports to be stored by company name, dates and etc with status bar - Secure website software and with login access and multiple users - Software needs to customisable for future changes and development - System should be able to have booking in system to put incoming consignments on it - Be able to export all files into excel - Produce a stocklist or inventory of certain jobs by various different ways so pulling back data from multiple reports - The system will need more than this with higher details for whoever on the job but this is the basics so you need to be prepared to make further changes to make it perfect before it complete as the requirements above are brief
