Jewelry Franchise - Custom Inventory Management & POS System

Hello! I’m looking to develop an end-to-end solution for my jewelry business. I currently have 5 stores and am expanding fast/often. The main pieces for the system would include: • Inventory Management • Order Management • Inventory Alerts • Point of Sale • Barcode Capabilities (creation, scanning, etc.) • Receipt Generation • Employee payment including hourly, monthly, and custom commissions, • Employee Clock-in/clock-out system • Multiple store profiles • Layaways • Custom Orders • Refunds/Exchanges • Web-Based Service • User Roles with Various Access • Detailed & Flexible Reporting (sales, profit, etc.) I've created a list of stories that I want within the solution on the linked google sheets below: [login to view URL] I'm looking for something customized specifically for my business needs. I would like to own all of the IP and ensure that I own the database. I want to be hands-on with the development process with tri- or bi-weekly meetings to check-in on what is being created & ensure there is alignment. I can put together a data structure, wireframe, & solution template if needed with all of the functionality I am requesting. I’m looking for a modern/easy-to-use design overall & am looking to be a part of the design/development process to understand and take this forward when complete. I'm will be looking to negotiate a maintenance & support deal moving forward post-deployment and handover to fix bugs or issues. I’m looking to have this ready for deployment by September 1st, so I am on somewhat of a tight deadline. There are further opportunities for web-development, online dropping shipping stores, etc. once this project is complete.
