Write a .NET app that dynamically builds and reads archive files

I need someone to write a relatively simple application in either C# or VB.NET that can take several files, such as XML, and place them all in one file, much like a zip archive, except they don't need to be compressed. In other words, the user should be able to do the following: - Click a button from the main window to open a file selector, and select one or more files - Program will create a list or string array of all the file names, and create one larger file with a custom file extension. - User should be able to save this archive file to the hard drive. - User should be able to open this archive file and 'extract' it to a folder of their choosing Things to consider: *** None of the files need to be stored in the memory except when archiving and parsing out the files. *** The code should be able to archive files of up to 100kb, and the archived file should be be able to be close to 1 MB, if not larger. I will test the final app by putting 6 XML files into one archive with the program, that will not exceed 800kb total. *** It doesn't matter if you use a built-in API that actually builds a zip file or other compressed format. Do whatever is easiest for you, and that will be fine. I'm going to add code at a later time that adds Rijndael AES encryption to the file with a user key and all that good stuff so I can let the user upload it to my site for safe storage, later retrieval and use. *** I may see if the freelancer who is awarded the project wants to work on this project with me with a share in it in the future as a partner - it would greatly help me get this project done if I can find someone I can trust who I don't have a language barrier with as I only speak English. It's a long term project that doesn't have many competitors, but it would be a good niche to fill, and is potentially lucrative, and being the primary individual working on it is causing it to go slower than I'd like. *** This is one piece of a significantly larger software package, and I will later alter it to receive command line arguments from the main executable.
