Simple Linear Regression Program In C

I have already coded the skeleton (menu) already in Visual Studios. Can be in c++ or c (just make sure the file is .cpp) , all thats needed is reading of a file (simple file, just numbers) Its about Linear Regression, and will calculate it with two features Linear and Power law. Must be able to read in file with the data and auto calculate it. Very easy simple project, I will only pay $15 . Need it done tonight (will only take an hour to finish)
