NOTE: IN ERROR MODE: Within an MQ message, this program will load into Oracle all loadable records and write to the error file all unloadable records. Messages can partially succeed. WITH ERROR_MODE SET TO 'Y', WITHING EACH MESSAGE, PROGRAM * WILL LOAD TO ORACLE ALL ORPHAN ROWS IT CAN AND WRITE RECS TO AN * ERROR FILE FOR EACH ROW IT CANNOT LOAD TO ORACLE.
