implementing log4j using java

Hello Sir, I have used log4j and slf4j libraries in most of my java applications. Do you have any suggestion related to property file of log4j? Do you have any suggestion related to file content of error log, debug log etc? Do you want me to follow the same template of log4j library? I use netbeans. I will be able to implemented the library from scratch without using any 3rd party library or application. Thanks Nazmul
