Django web application development

I need a very simple web application built on Django. The web application will have a single overall administrator, and that person creates accounts for "site managers". The site manager is assigned to a single site, which is tracked in the database. Each site contains profiles of folks at the site and their short form content. The content of the site is public and some simple searching is needed to allow the public to find and group the profile content. Here is a schema and mind map of the operations desired. I can point you to our main web site for guidance on look and feel and I can supply all needed logos, graphics and content for the pages. Very simple with very little design needed. The django app should be developed using Python 3 and MySQL. Let me know if you have questions beyond that. We need the application completed and in place within 2-3 weeks.
