512145 Property investment software - need help to complete

This software is 98% completed. It is functioning perfectly. The problem is the layout and styling is awful. It is also full of spelling mistakes. So the project really is to follow some simple instructions from me on how to improve the layout and also to fix the spelling mistakes. Only bid on this project if you meet the following 2 criteria: 1. You just be able to talk on skype in English - not just chat but actually TALK so I can share my screen and explain what needs doing. 2. You have enough knowledge of English to recognize an obvious spelling mistake and know that there is a difference between singular and plural.
