Shopify Campaign Monitor integration with custom fields

Hi, I need someone with experience in integrating Shopify and Campaign monitor to customise the CM sign up form with some checkboxes which will be stored as tags in the Campaign monitor for the purposes of list segmentation. Please only apply if you have such experience and clearly indicate so in the opening lines of your application, general shopify experience is not enough. Thank you.
