SEO and traffic pro needed

I am looking for a SEO, seach ranking and link building expert to help us gain natural listings under 2 keywords. Proper and safe SEO techniques should be used. If you can help with the popularity as well with link building that is great. I would need links from relative sites ONLY, page where link can be found must be able to be indexed by search engines, not redirects, or disallowed by robots.txt. No blacklisted or Spam sites. Only the use of honest promotion tactics are allowed that won't cause damage to the sites reputation. Looking for a reasonable price and someone who has done work in this field. I have three websites that need this type of work so if you do a good job on the first you will be hired to handle all of our other projects. In addition, we see this as more of a monthly or bi-monthly role as we would like to stay on top of the search engines so this is not a one time job.
