58987 Google Adwords & Campaign Man.

Hi, I am new here. We have a small real estate company and 3 websites (in 3 different languages). We just started a Google Adwords Campaign, but we are having some problems with it. We need someone who is highly experienced in Keywords, Status of the Keywords, Ad Impressions, CTR (Click Through Rate), CPC (Cost Per Click), Average Position etc. Because our keywords are always IN TRIAL, ON HOLD or DISABLED by Google Adwords. Maybe it is a simple work to improve keywords but we need to know that we do everything very well on Google Adwords. Thats why we need someone professional. The person who wants to bid here should have enough experience on Google Adwords on different locations and in different languages and should be able to give examples of his/her works. Our main target is Europa and main languages are english and some north european languages. Payment will not be done before we see the real stabil search engine results. Best regards.
