This is site that has already been ranked on the search engines....Google (currently on the 3rd page) Yahoo (currently on the 1st Page) MSN (currently on the 2nd Page) The selected professional will need to submit a strategy covering all White Hat SEO techniques. Black hat/Grey Hat Techniques are not allowed. Keywords: Total 2 keywords. Please check with me in PM Time: 30 Days 45 Days in the worst case! Ranking must last for at least 6 months. 3. You will update me on the progress of the site on weekly basis. Payment Terms: Payment will be made in two parts - 1. No advance escrow (being a past bitter experience, sorry!) 2. 50% will be paid through GAF when 1 of the 2 Keywords is on top 10 on Google U.S. Server after watching the ranking for 10 days. 3. Balance when remaining keyword is on top 10 on Google US server after reviewing the ranking for 10 days. 4. All ranking must appear on [login to view URL] in U.S. for U.S. visitors.
