368699 Request Tracker configuration

We require someone who has a VERY EXTENSIVE knowledge of RT 3.8.x, who can accomplish quickly the following tasks; * Pipe mail to queues based on subject or header contents using procmail + postfix * Pipe mail to queues based on SpamAssassin score results This should be done quickly and cleanly, this is not an all day job, so those that bid should know that we are not interested in providing tutorials for RT.
