I have a background of using Zendesk, Bliss, and Gubagoo Chat Support. These platforms make me familiar with the company system for assisting customer as a customer service representative. I really love my job in BPO industry and I've learned a lot working in this industry and it adds my personal development. Mostly, my BPO experience are customer service, lead generation, data entry, sales process, vehicle service appointment, engaging to prospect customer for trading, buy and sell of vehicles, recreational vehicles, motorbikes, boat.
I show a lot of excitement or interest about things. I have determination to get the job done. I put a lot of effort into a job and I like to do it well. People can rely on me to be good, honest, and sincere. I am willing to do something that involves hard work and effort. I'm helpful, and I make sure that people have what they need. In addition to my extensive office experience at University of Mindanao as a student assistant (working student), 3 years experience in Customer Service Representative in a Business Process Outsourcing (Call Center) and 5 months experience in Sales Assistant in Apparel Retail Sales.
