Looking for an analyst to research about the property market in Australia - specifically the two regions of:
- Hobart, Tasmania
- Newcastle, NSW
We are property investors who are interested in the two areas above and furthermore are looking to spend <AU$1M on one or two (simultaneous) property transactions. We need someone to:
1) Research the two regions to understand what the two cities might look like in the future and whether or not our money is well invested there. The type of research includes analysis of: industry changes, population increases, infrastructure/commercial RE development etc.
2) Recommend a list of property purchases and state the reasons why (and what strategies to be used, if any). We are open to new strategies for ROI (ie. anything to increase rental yield - Airbnb, Granny flat installation/student accommodation etc).
3) Recommend any other regions or cities to look at for investment within Australia.
Freelancers experienced in property industry (Either Buy, Sell or Leasing) is a plus.
