As per Section IV-3 - Requirements for Third Party Testers, the applicant shall: a. detail how they will meet the requirements for Third Party Testers; b. explain how the Third Party Tester will conduct at least 100 tests per year; c. explain how the applicant will ensure that all Third Party Examiners to be certified by the Department will comply with all requirements listed for the Third Party Examiners; d. confirm that they will not conduct skills tests after daylight hours; e. explain if they will be available for customers to schedule testing a minimum of 30 hours; f. agree to fully cooperate with any investigation by the Department; g. detail how a designated supervisor will be available at the test site during all hours of operation; 6. As per Section IV-4 - Requirements for Third Party Examiners, the applicant shall: a. explain how each employee will sign the Departments Confidentiality Policy Statement; b. explain how the Third Party Examiners will conduct at least 50 tests per year; c. confirm that each Third Party Examiner possess a valid Class C Pennsylvania Driver's License; d. explain how each Third Party Examiner within five (5) years before application and during certification, have had no driver's license suspensions, revocations, cancellations, or disqualifications. 7. As per Section IV-5 - Facility Requirements, the applicant shall: a. provide a facility plan; b. provide a floor plan; c. provide what the plan is to move to a new facility; d. detail how program-related documents and licensing stamps will be secure; e. provide the location of the secure area for program-related documents and licensing stamps; f. detail how the facility shall be ADA Compliant; g. submit color photographs of the interior and exterior of the proposed test facility and the skills testing area; h. detail the location of the parallel parking area; i. provide the location of the parallel parking area and confirm if this test is conducted prior to the road course. 8. As per Section IV-II - Advertising, the applicant shall: a. confirm that all advertisements shall be pre-approved by the Department; b. confirm that they will not advertise or represent themselves to be an agent or employee of the Department.
