Hi, I am an industry expert witness myself, albeit in a different area. I have written several reports. I have also hired people in the gig economy, but never for a report. The quality is generally pretty poor. They all pretend to be perfect, but they have very little knowledge, and copy-paste articles from the web, often without understanding. Unless you go for a premium individual, you will probably have to re-write the document yourself. The system will not let me make a proposal, unless I enter a bid amount. My bid will be odd as I only did one project on here years ago but Freelancer sent me this. I am a civil servant in enforcement and have written for literally hundreds of attorneys. I do not know the entire scope of the project so bid the highest amount. Have all FBI and state clearances and can send a resume.
