Hi, my name is Bojan and I am a building designer. I need 1 photorealistic exterior 3D rendering done for my project. It is a small 2 level commercial building. In need front of the building to be facing camera, not on an angle, above or below. I’m after the same style and photorealism as photos bellow. First photo is the actual building but done in twinmotion, other are examples of style I’m after. Don’t forget to put the sign in front of the building, it has to be same as well as footpaths and driveway around the building, they have to be same. If you’re interested please answer following questions: 1. Please provide link to your portfolio. 2. What’s the timeframe to produce final 3D rendering? 3. What is your price in USD? PDF attached with floor plans, elevations, sections and reference 3D perspective view. Measurements are in millimeters and project is done in ArchiCAD. Many thanks.
