• Assist in the conceptual design process. • Production of construction documents from concept plans to elevations. • Manage documents as required and develop solutions to technical problems. • Responsible for building system concepts and documentation process for schematics through construction document phases. • Monitor project status and deadlines. • Prepare and document required code research for project. • Conduct material and product research as required for project development. • Coordinate disciplines such as structural, electrical, and mechanical into designs. • Obtain and assemble information to complete architectural design. • Conduct job site visits to compile measurements as necessary. • Conduct building code reviews, as well as, municipal reviews, by-laws, and other technical documents for compliance of architectural designs. • Ability to demonstrate creativity, foresight, and mature architectural judgment in anticipating and solving challenging architectural problems. • Involved in the analysis of client problems in conceiving and developing architectural solutions to those problems.
