Python Web scrape - use a list to search a website

I have done this type of work before quite a number of times and scraped sites like yahoo, linkedin, facebook, and many others for gathering various types of information. I normally use urllib and BeautifulSoup (bs4) to perform these tasks and I have a library of my own to perform such tasks quickly.
