How to create a PDF/X-1a:2001 compliant

Hi, Basically, I am a noob with PDFs and I require a pro to help me out urgently. I have a PDF that needs to go for printing. Apparently, the printer only accepts PDF/X-1a:2001 compliant (US) format and that's when my trouble starts. I tried Adobe Acrobat X Pro, PDF Preflighting, Distiller, and what not but I cannot get a PDF/X-1a:2001 compliant file. I get the following error "[Violation] Both TrimBoxes and ArtBoxes were found on the following" and it stops. So here is what I need - 1. Convert the attached file to PDF/X-1a:2001 compliant (US) and guide me as to what's wrong. 2. Walk me through the whole process of creating a PDF/X-1a:2001 compliant (US) file. All I know is how to use word 2007, convert it to pdf via a pdf printer, period (Which is no good). Mentor me on the whole process. Please note that I will check the file that you rectify so I don't want any time wasters. I will print it to check its suitability :-) Since this is a quick project easy enough for a pro, I am willing to pay $30 via Freelance escrow. Please don't bid exorbitantly.
