Secretary and Day to Day Digital Booking Agent

I am an artist and producer with my own digital studio. I am looking to hire a day to day that's literally able to about to do everything I can do as a project manager; from interviewing, booking locations, scheduling workers, filling work orders, dealing with job postings, responding to external booking inquiries, organizing folders, streamling, updating, working on wireframes, planning ahead for the various dates that are already booked, speaking to third party suppliers, planning planning planning, every day every night. From internal communication, to external communication, you are my assistant to make sure everything happening within the brand is moving as well as making sure that within the need to book the various events, film and hotel accomodations ahead, that you are going through the backdated items within the company and really working to start advancing support in a way of working to help organize the various priorities list; working to support my high level vision planning, as the fiscal year is ending in February within the need to backdate my investments and various growing liabilities, work, residencial and activation spaces; you come with a range of experience to fix a range of issues. With an engineer and architect mind you are able to wear a lot of hats and have a range of lived experiences to filter conversations coming into the company while notifying me before speaking to the range of subcontractors confirmed within our roster to provide us with the range subservices. Within the studio planning for a range of artist tours, booking space and artist for local shows, sheduling aritst to come to my home studio to record music, while needing to make sure the we have a growing roster of talents of whom we are able to mass email, we can slowly evolve into them registering into the system to view their accounts, you're able to work to slowly update their accounts while communicating conversations associated with our position on charges that we leverage and has to be paid and e.t.c e.t.c, while my goal is to have a day to day for business management as the senior project manager that interacts directly with me, you are able to move up and down, right and left while making where there's a day to day activities happening with the company. While I am looking to bring a number of people in to be working while having a number of sites and products that I manage under my studio, you are able to really jump between meetings and check ins and think through problems while supporting a range of talents within me having a number of day to day activities happening. You are able to take on a range of human resources roles while also being able to hire various subcontractors, volunteers and talents looking to work.
