parole data base

Need to create a web site that is people log on from a direct mailer. The website is really about 2 pages. The first page offers a free item which they must register(e-mail, contact name, contact phone number, person mailer sent to and there number, they must click yes to receive the free item- so I can legally market to them). The next page explains what they need to do. The only option is to "want to get a Parole Attorney." At this point they must fill out a short form that details( the inmate's name and registration number, their crime or offense, whether a trial or plea bargain, has the inmate had previous parole or probation, price point for representation starting at 9,500? and up: 9,500 - 6,500: 6,500-4,500:4,500-2,500). Then? an auto responder replies " Thank you for contacting us. Your information is being processed and you will receive an e-mail from a parole attorney within an hour. Another auto responder sents an e-mail to the new attorney site ( that we will design and build which will be a call to action site). The second part to the website wouild be an access database that has a mailing list around 150,000 people. I want to be able to use the e-mail information to market to these people through e-mail, send e-cards for birthdays, ect. I don't want to touch anything and want it simple enough that a VA can run it all. I want reports that tell me response rates per week, ect. The website will need analytics and the bells and whistles. The attorney website will included to pay on the spot through Chase bank. ## Deliverables I will provide the details for the website as we get a proto type designed. Please keep it simple. The website needs to be 2 pages with call to action places on each page. Each call to action will go into the database mail out info. Create a contact page - email only, and a special offer page that we can offer a coupon. Create e-mail account that has sales team, development team, IT department, Complaints Department, Finance Department. Included a copy right for the website. The data base needs to be able to add new people around 30,000-50,000 per year. I'm thinking about a logo like the Monopoly guy passing go but go being prison gates and he's 1/2 dressed in stripes and the other half in normal clothes.
