App Development

As a members-driven aviation site, I am looking to develop an app to offer members deals and discounts that can be used, similar to that of the O2 Priority / Wuntu offerings. Users would need to log in, and will be able to scroll through current deals (to be managed by us and easily updated) before selecting the deal they want to use and given a unique code. The system would also log a list of deals that they have used. Initial designs can be provided, however looking for an experienced developer to advise, develop and delivery a fully working app and support getting this on the app stores for use.
