A large entity within the United States Government has issued a precursory RFI to consultants they are affiliated with to see if there is a product already being marketed by a vendor, located worldwide. As consultants yourself, you know that this project could be developed in-house. However, should the user decide to have a vendor develop this project, they will issue a full blown RFP, to which a detailed response would have to be submitted. AT THIS POINT, THIS PROJECT IS BASICALLY TO SEE IF ANY CONSULTANTS , HAVE SEEN SUCH A SYSTEM IN USE IN THEIR CAREER. AS YOU KNOW, THE 500 ATTENDEES SYNCHRONOUSLY IS THE MAIN FUNCTION TO BE IDENTIFIED, AS THE OTHER FUNCTIONS ARE ALREADY BEING PROVIDED BY ENTITIES SUCH AS WEBEX.
