I am looking to customize Vtiger CRm for my Insuarance agency business in the uk. I would like to know if I will be able host this and allow others to subscribe and use the software for a monthly fee. I would like to integrate a quote system with Vtiger, called [login to view URL] this will allow us to create insurance quotes and also do our research with in the crm. After quoting I should be able to save the desired quotes to the customer. The crm must allow a smooth lead to client journey by creating a clean workflow for my business. I also need a proper fact find about the client which I should be able to download as a pdf document. The fact find will be be client information gathering and recommendation process. Often times we come across situations where two people jointly own and apply for insurance ie, a husband and wife. The crm should be able to keep the records of two people in one clients profile. Email and texting and also document generation is required. At key stages of the application process I want the system to send an email to the client informing them of the progress. When the application is complete and the policy is gone live I want an email and also a letter generated by the crm to be able to send to the customer. I need the crm to keep accurate details about all the policies that a client has with me. The main profile of the customer should give an overview of the clients full activities with me and all the policies and future sales opportunities and also all the renewals etc coming up. The system must give a reminder about all the birthdays of the clients in a particular week and month. The crm must segregate the leads according to the activities and stages they allinto such as quote stage, discussion stage, application stage, in underwritting and policy under risk Policy canceled etc. The work flow will look like Lead is recieved Qualify the lead Fact find Quotes Application Application accepted by the insuarnce co. Application needs doctors report Needs a detailed review by the underwritter Application accepted with special terms etc Policy issued Policy review (future) Policy cancelled (by the client) Client wants to claim Lead nurturing for the leads that did not materialise in to a sale Appointments and tasks manage Calendar management Lead source info Lead tagging Products and also Insurance company details I should be able to generate a report based on the type of products and the insurance company I hope this give an idea about the job involved. I would prefer working with someone who has one similar projects in the past,though not a must.
