Wordpress Woocommerce Plugin: Bulk edit "Delivery Time"

Hi Experts, i need a plugin for wordpress with woocoomerce. All rights of this plugin and this work go to the me as buyer. It's not allowed to injure the intellectual property and law of third / other parties! Requirements: - WordPress compatible to WP 4.6 and above / future WP - Works with PHP 5.6 and above, PHP 7 compatible makes this perfect - Name for this Plugin: The Woocommerce delivery time editor WOO_DTE - DONT TOUCH WP-CORE FILES and put manually or from plugin inserted code into WORDPRESS-Core Data Files. This is forbidden! Only working with WordPress hooks is allowed - you must do an error evaluation with php-error set to on. It's must error free. - Good & clean coding experience The plugin must have the following functions: 1. It must appearing as checkbox in "metabox-prefs" with named "Delivery Time" 2. It must available also for variable products 3. It must give the user the ability to change the delivery time as defined as slug in products -> delivery times, see second example (modified with drawing software as example) 4. If possible: Modify the "Delivery Times" menu in the products menu and insert a tab. In this tabe, the user can choose / select products, product categories and can to a bulk edit of the select products. Otherwise: The plugin must have an additional menu in the product menu I'm open for inspirations. And of course: Normal and clean stuff inside the plugin.
